The first round of the tournament will be played at the Villa Roma Country Club in Callicoon, N.Y. on Monday, May 19th @ 1:00 P.M. Please note this is a change from the original schedule.
The Championship round will be played at the Casperkill Country Club, Poughkeepsie on Wednesday, May 21st
@ 12:00 P.M
Practice:
Practice at the Villa Roma will be after 3:00 P.M. if you call ahead. Coaches will accompany their golfers (phone 887-5097)
Practice rounds are available at Casperkill on 5/12, 13, 14, 19. Players and coaches can come any time after 2:00pm. Please call the Pro Shop to set up a teetime at (845) 463-0900. Practice rounds will cost each coach and player $15. Range balls (at a nominal cost), practice bunker and practice green are available for the players on the day of the tournament.
Fees:
Coaches- Cart Fee $20.00
Competitor- Free Walking
Parents- $45.00 Passport Fee
As always proper etiquette and behavior will be expected.
Dress and Footwear:
- Only spikeless shoes and sneakers are acceptable.
- Collared shirts and slacks will be required by both coaches and players (no shorts or jeans allowed).
- Coach or Athletic Director will accompany all competitors.
- All coaches will have assigned duties during the duration of the tournament.
Please note the following:
CELL PHONES, PAGERS AND RANGE FINDERS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON THE COURSE.
