2007- 2008 NYSPHSAA Championship preliminary heats.
RELAYS - Qualifying times are based on the average of the15th place finish over the
past four (4) years.
- Individual State Qualifying times are based on the 30th place time from the 2007-2008 NYSPHSAA Championship preliminary heats.
- Relay State Qualifying times are based on the 15th place average over the past four years.
- Sections that fail to qualify a swimmer in the standard may send their top Section qualifier to the State Meet
